Gwen Thompson-Wellington

Born in Australia, Gwen is now an integrated Island Bay local having moved here in mid-2019 with her Astronomer husband, Mike. She is highly adaptable, with a diverse career history including Telecom Media (TMT) and IT project management.  

The Island Bay and New Zealand lifestyle has tempted Gwen away from working full-time.  Along with allowing more time to make friends with all the local cats, it also gives her opportunity to explore and enjoy the beautiful south coast and further afield.
