Indulge in an aromatic cup of chai and snacks while Nela Patel demonstrates how to cook a range of easy and cost effective Indian dishes using her own ethically sourced, roasted and ground spices direct from India!

You’ll learn from Nela as she shares her knowledge about Ayurveda and the health benefits of Indian spices. In this workshop you’ll learn how to make vegetable fritters, chickpea and kumara curry (using Nela’s spice blend) and Raita (a yoghurt-based condiment).
